For the comfort of all our guests, please be reminded that the following rules apply:

1. Anmar hoste is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. At night, please use an entryphone system – buzz up and we’ll let you in.
2.  Check in time at Anmar hostel is 1 pm. Check out time is midday (12:00).
3.  Early check in (6 am-midday) or late check out (until 6 pm) is possible by Check in to the hostel is only possible upon presentation of your passport or equivalent document. Hotel guests under 18 years old will need the written permission of one of their parents or guardians to stay alone at the hotel.
4. paying an additional 50% of the room  price. If you want to check in before 6 am or check out after 6 pm, then you’ll need to pay the full room cost  for another day.
5. All foreign guests will need to submit the documents needed for registration at the time of check in.
6. Guests may invite friends to the hostel between 9 am and 11 pm. Outside these hours, only registered guests may be on the hostel premises. It is not allowed for the guests friends to run, make noise, use the Internet, kitchen, shower. It is allowed for the guests to stay also in the hall and the reception zone and use the toilet.
7. We request payment in full for the entire duration of each guest’s stay (minus any prepaid sum) at check in.
8. We ask all our guests to leave their room key with the receptionist when they go out.
9. Guests must leave a 1000-ruble deposit for their personal room key. The deposit will be  returned on check out.
10.  We ask our guests to be quiet and not to disturb other guests between 11 pm and 9 am.
11. Anmar hostel does not bear any responsibility for the loss of money or valuables left unguarded in the hostel, including your own room. When you leave your room, please be sure to lock it.
12. Please respect the property and facilities in our hotels. Any damage will need to be paid for.
13.  When groups come to stay, we ask the tour leader to deposit the sum of 5000 rubles at reception as an insurance against damage to the premises. The sum will be returned on check out.
14. Guests staying in dormitories must leave a 100-ruble deposit for their personal locker key. The deposit will be  returned on check out.
15. Drinking alcohol in the communal areas of the hostels is strictly forbidden.
16.  In the interests of safety, the use of electronic appliances (kettles, irons, heaters and so on) in the rooms is not allowed.
17.  We do not allow the storage of bulky items, inflammable materials, explosive substances or perishable food in our rooms.
18. Sorry, we cannot allow guests to bring their pets to stay with us.
19.  Smoking is not permitted anywhere in Anmar  hostel. In the smoking area only.
20. In case of making noise after 23-00, obscene behavior, infringements of rules and norms of living in the hostel the administrative sanctions can be applied to the guilty person. Also the guilty person can be evicted from the Hostel without compensating payment for the residing.
21. Checking out is complete after room is checked by the hostel administrator and all the given accessories are returned.
22. It is not allowed to eat and drink in the rooms.
23. It is not allowed to drink alcoholic drinks and use narcotics in the hostel. The administration of the hostel can deny checking for the undefined time for the persons in an alcoholic or narcotic intoxication, even if the full price and deposit were paid! The authority of decision belongs to the hostel administrator and decided individually.
24. Stay prolongation is allowed only if there are vacant places.
